Vets are amazing and it's very easy to schedule appointments to fit your schedule! Have been bringing my pets here for years and never had a bad experience!
I have used this facility for 15 years and never had an issue, but this past month I had an appointment for a well physical, had to cancel and called to reschedule and was told I had to wait a month to get an appointment. When I asked the secretary how she could help me as my dog was scheduled to go to the kennel in two weeks, her reply was not helpful. She informed me "we're booking out a month for sick and well visits". I had no other option but to change vets as this is unacceptable, but her reply was "oh well sorry can't help you". I feel like this place has gotten too big and all they care about is making money. Not the old time farm vet they used to feel like. Sorry but we must move to a different vet that at least acts like they care!!!!!!
Great people, nice waiting room, larger lawns too walk your dogs. The doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I never feel rushed, it never seems crowded.
Wonderful vet office! Knowledgeable, caring, and reasonably priced. My animals are part of my family and I wouldn't trust them with anyone else. Dr. Shupenis is amazing!
