Stay away from this company! I cannot post too much until an issue is settled but once it is, I will return!
From the minute we started to schedule them for the project to now trying to get rid of them it has been a frustrating ordeal. No response to emails or calls, installers showing up to the jobsite in a taxi with no tools making demands for labor, material arriving to the jobsite with no way to unload it, being completely incompetent when it comes to AIA progress payment procedures, cursing and hanging up on me when I call in response to their constant threats of legal proceedings, and on and on and on. I really don't know how they're still in business!! Do yourself a favor and save the brain cells you're going to kill from blowing your lid dealing with this ridiculous company.
finally pick up the phone and the past 3 days I call them twice a day to get the status on my order.
Better find another company to do business with.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am a project manager for a nationwide builder and made the mistake of writing a contract to this company to provide and install a trash chute and trash compactor. WORST MISTAKE OF MY 15 YEAR CAREER!! I cannot say enough about how unprofessional and rude these people are. I have not dealt with one single person there that has any sense of business decorum. Even the woman answering the phone is unprofessional and rude!!

I have had a couple bad experiences with them in the past when just buying parts, incredibly long lead times, no responses to emails and voice mails. Just simply abysmal.
I can't imagine this company will stay in business this way.

We ordered a part with Shanee Moret. They wanted money up front in a check; no cc.
My Recommendation is don't EVER do business with them in any fashion ever again.
Flash forward a few years, I know they have changed out a few different sales people and office people so who knows MAYBE they have gotten better in service or response. Man was I wrong! First call was to the factory for a sales person to help me with a chute on a $8 million dollar project. I gave my information and it took 5 days to get no response whatsoever. I called back got a salesman's email address and cell after the first contact he made, he made dates to get information back to me, I got nothing. A week later I emailed each day for 4 days and got nothing back. I called the company at 8 am and the phone just rings endlessly, ok maybe they open at 9am? Not the case same endless ringing. I called the factory main office and the salesman for 3 days after this. Finally 6 weeks into a project that I'm quoting their services & goods to my customer I get a print out of a chute. I email back can I set up a date to have someone come out and measure the building so we can be sure on it before they manufacture it. I get a "yes" answer and then get pushed off for 2 weeks, then a date is made the day comes and passes. Then I get to someone at the factory to say they will get with the president of the company and he will get the salesman to call me back. a day later he TEXTS me and says some field mgr will be in contact with me. I ask when and I get nothing, 6 texts asking when and still nothing. Now I TRY and call the factory and guess what back to the endless phone ringing game again.
I installed for this company. They are never on time and don't pay their bills. Phone and email communication was always great when they needed something from me, but when it came time to get paid it was screened calls and unanswered messages and lame excuses when I did get a response. Lies, lies, and more lies from corporate. They went through 3 project managers in less than a year. Do yourself a favor and any choose ANYONE ELSE for your chute work.
