DO NOT USE OR TRUST!!! They condone their agents lying and completely ignoring disclosure laws.I was recently put in the uncomfortable position of having to disclose serious structural issues with a home I was renting that was listed for sale with one of their agents. The buyer's agent was a neighbor I spoke with frequently in passing. My neighbor had stopped to ask me about serious issues with the home inspection that were affecting the sale and asked if I knew of the problems point-blank. I told her I did and that so did the owner and the listing agent as she was present during an inspection I requested for safety reasons a year prior -needless to say my neighbor was a bit disgusted. I has since had dealings with the same agent from Fahey, and again have caught her lying.
