It's nice, but I would not consider it a Park. The reason I gave it this many stars is for the awesome concerts in the Summer when everyone gets together.

Sceneray is nice with or without traffic rolling by. You can sit on benches or the grass. Nobody bothers you..and a few shops and restaurants opposite the green...perfect combo
Awesome restarunts and shops all in the green. They always have something going on. Not to mention its beautiful! And a short distance from white memorial nature preserve. Perfect place to be on a nice day in the summer or fall.
It's OK sometimes in the summer they have concerts, it's not a park and there is limited parking.
