Unfortunately I am unable to rate their service as I didn't receive any. This place came highly recommended by the man that sold my BMW to me. I figured I'd give it a shot. I made a 2 PM appointment and was there by 2 PM. I walked in and there was a man and a woman sitting behind the counter. I walk up to the counter and nobody greeted me or said anything. I finally said "I have a 2:00 PM appointment for an oil change". The woman behind the counter said okay. So I stood there looking at her waiting for further direction and she didn't say anything to me. Finally I said "do you need anything from me?" She said "just your keys" They were already on the counter so I said "okay thank you" and took a seat. After about 5 minutes The woman shouts from behind the counter "can you come back at 4 PM?". I got up and walked over to the counter and said "well I'm pretty far. It took me about 35 minutes to get here" (in a very polite manner) The guy who was behind the counter was upset at my response so he said "WELL SHE IS GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR!" Yelling at the poor woman behind the counter. She said "I know, I told her that" Which she didn't really tell me that. I figured they might be trying to prioritize which jobs to do first and since I had an appointment and traveled pretty far for an oil change I thought they could squeeze me at my already scheduled appointment time. I guess that was too much to ask. I was working from home and couldn't be gone for 3 hours so I just said "I can't wait that long, I'll figure something else out" I regrettably slammed the door a bit on the way out but I just wasted an hour for nothing and was a bit upset. I was extremely polite and didn't appreciate the lack of customer service and the attitude from the man working there. The poor woman was so quiet it seemed like she was scared to talk in fear of what the guy would do to her. Definitely do not recommend this place! If I could give negative stars I would.
Paul and his team are the best. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and for what they predict it will cost. They are good at diagnosing what you need and look our for your wallet. For example, one of our cars was getting worse than usual mileage - I asked if we should put in new spark plugs, even though they weren't yet due to be changed. Paul countered with changing the air filter, which did need to be done.
