This guy is a rip off artist and is shady as shady gets. Do not trust this place by any means. Tried to sell us an unnecessary $3500 upgrade kit or 775 for some cylinders which are 80 bucks online. Spent time"assessing the problem". Told us we had a wiring issue that was going to cost us $150 to do the job, charged us $240 when we got the bill. We asked why and challenged him. Guess what the wiring issue was? Two loose plugs, thats all they did was plug it in. The mechanic in back disclosed this. He could barely look us in the face. We paid a mechanic 150 to plug a loose plug in! We challenged him on the overcharge and said pay the 150 and go away. While we were there another customer brought his car in who had just had work from Ron's, he was having lots of problems with the stuff they supposedly fixed and was now driving worse than before. I hate writing bad reviews but I hate sheisters and dishonest mechanics even more. Buyer Beware!
Awesome place to do business! Mike and Lew know what they are doing and are more then fair with the pricing. They don't try to sell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need and they are the only ones in Torrington to carry a all metal V-plow for a 2015 Ford F-150! I love my truck and thanks to them I love plowing with my V-plow by Meyers. The new Meyers even have things like hands free plowing! Who would have thought that was possible? Thanks guys!

Had rons install a blizzard plow on my Silverado and had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was great from lew who helped me along with the sale to the guys who did the install. I stoped back today and I can say they stand behind their products and service and took care of me after the sale which is very important to me.
